CF Roof PPF Question

Working on some more "preventative" stuff and going to wrap the CF roof soon. Having Ghost Wrap in San Diego handle it, great work, great price. He uses SunTek and says in his experience it is more clear than Xpel which I'm happy about.

For those of you that have had your roof wrapped, did you do anything to prep it? A detailing friend of mine said have it paint corrected and that sounded like a terrible idea. It does have some minor spiderwebbing fine lines I can see at angles in the light that I can probably buff out before the wrap if I need to.

Also has anyone had their wrap removed? Is this a "put it on and leave it forever" thing or can it be removed/replaced down the line?

I'm doing it tomorrow. Agreed on a bit correction since the roof turns a bit yellow already. We'll see

Thanks guys, good to note. I thought the CF might be more sensitive to something like that and end up messing it up. Guess I'll have to look into this a little more before wrapping it.

It has clear coat.. you should polish it, and then PPF it. Mine is PPF'd.
