Car storage allowing work on car.

This is definitely a long shot, but the place I store my car at (in Kent) won't let me do any work on the car and I'm planning to start tracking it soon. I live in downtown Seattle so I need to find somewhere to store it where I can also work on it. Does anyone know of such a place?

Stew's is pretty sweet. I do my fluid changes there, but I'm looking for a place to store the car where I can still do work not requiring a lift. Wouldn't want to drive to stew's just to change brakes or spark plugs, for example.
