The car is unmodified except for ECS tuning rear control arms (I have brand new OEM control arms in a box, powdercoated OEM wheels

Clean Texas title in hand ready to be transferred to new owner. I purchased the car from my colleague who is an absolute M3 fanatic. Every single preventative maintenance has been performed including some very expensive ones by the previous owner and myself. This M3 has Texas license plate and Texas title. I intended to import it to Canada and have paid the duties but work status has changed and I have to go back to Texas. Car is currently stored at a heated storage facility in Niagara Falls, NY and can be viewed by appointment.
