That depends. If the S5 V6 TT ends up having the same problems as the BMW 335i I6TT (HPFP, waste gate, etc), then I would say it's a wash.

Interesting, I don't know if a SC is any more reliable than turbos, but I do like the distinctive sound that SCs make. It sounds like a jet in my friends STi.

The exhaust note is godlike. I'd rather have the S5's exhaust over the M3's (but not the C63's ). It's the tuning capabilities that make the V6 so tempting.

I have never owned a FI car so I have no idea . But an S4 will be replacing the 330xi most likely.

They've pretty much always been FI. Past two gens of S4s have been NA V8s., that's all.
