M3 Side Marker Emblem Help

Hi Guys

Trying to restore this old emblem. Tried using soap and water but temporary cleans it up and back to its original state. Any ideas or should I just bite the bullet and purchase a new set?

Just get a new one. Not worth the time to fix imo
