Is the xpipe resting on the cross bar? My issue was that the xpipe was sitting on the cross bar brace and made loud vibrations. Check the catback if it is also resting on the diff cooler.

Will check it when I will be lifting the car up. Thanks for the advice! I also noticed that one of the clamps that connects the x-pipe to the muffler is leaking but I doubt it's what makes the sound because seems like the sound comes from the middle of the car

Okay so here is an update. I worked on the car today and there are no leaks at all and nothing is vibrating except the part where the X-pipe connects to the muffler. First of all, is the x-pipe suppose to just bearly insert into the connecting pipe? I am reusing the stock clamps but it looks like air and water (lots of water) are coming out right out of a gap in clamps. I tighten them really tight but it does not seem to make the trick. It almost feels like the clamp is too big for the pipe as the clamp comes together completely. Do you guys think if I get that muffler repair tape from autozone and wrap it around the connection as well as tighten the clamp over it? Is that good way to go?

I welded all my clamp connections shut besides the header to test pipe obviously. Instead of being 3 pieces my exhaust is now one big piece. I did this because I kept having issues with clamps not fitting right and leaks.

That's little bit too extreme for me I am planning to get an axle back some time in the summer so I don't want to weld it. I will try that muffler tape first to see if it will seal it

Muffler tape did not work. I just could not wrap it around the pipe and put the clamp over it. It's not flexible at all. The problem is in muffler clamp for sure because when I mess with it, the sound is changing. One time the buzz almost went away but downshifts were kind of bad. Tomorrow going to try to put aluminum foil between clamp and pipe. Another reason might be because I did not slide the x-pipe into muffler deep enough.

The problem is that x-pipe came in 3 pieces. Two test pipes and X portion. I connected them with a clamp and could not tell exactly how deep I need to go. But when I was connecting it to the muffler, it was a tight fit so it's not like it's bearly in. It's in but may be not as deep as it could be. However, this is not for sure. Will try the aluminum foil tomorrow. I also used to have a bolt in the clamp hang down and the leak happens right at the bolt. I moved it up and water stopped dripping and almost no air was coming out, but still some. I really hope, aluminum foil will do the trick and compensate for the stretched clamp
