There is a DVD option for the 2008, but you have to either do the nav swap or buy the module
You can see information on the module here: http://www.alekshop.com/multimedia You buy the multimedia unit for the respective car you have, then you can purchase a slim external DVD player, which I had in my glovebox on my 335i, probably will do the same when I install the unit in my M3 (I have a 2008 as well and it is compatible) PM Aleks for more details and I only know the basics, but it is doable This is DVD being playing on my 07 335i: same system as the 2008 Can get it with a back up camera as well: |

Really want the mirror folding coded but seems like a really long drive just to get the mirrors to fold in.
