Who else is on the Don Carlos???
My 2011 E90 M3 ZCP Individual is on the Don Carlos which is due in Halifax on the 17th of May.
Just wondering if anyone else has a new M3 on board? The excitement is mounting...... Can't wait!!!! |

Here's the schedule: AIDA BREMERHAVEN 12/05/2010 NEW YORK, NY 26/05/2010 UNDINE BREMERHAVEN 19/05/2010 NEW YORK, NY 02/06/2010 FEDORA BREMERHAVEN 27/05/2010 NEW YORK, NY 09/06/2010 BOHEME BREMERHAVEN 02/06/2010 NEW YORK, NY16/06/2010 So let's say your status changes to "en route" on 5/15. Then you know it's probably on the AIDA because if it isn't, then it's on the ship before it. Which would mean your car would get here earlier than expected |

While watching the progress of the Don Carlos over the weekend I noticed it was late departing Zeebrugge Belgium.
I emailed the Zeebruggge contact for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics and to my surprise I got a reply within an hour. I was notified that the ship was held up for "technical issues" and they would update me as to any adjustments of arrival times for the remaining ports of call on the voyage. I was notified later on that the delay will affect the schedule by ~24 hours. The ship docked in Southampton, UK at ~20:30 local time today and is due into Halifax on May 18th instead of the 17th as originally scheduled. |

I think the boat may be a little late. As of 09:00 Atlantic time it was just south of Newfoundland's Burin Peninsula...... I would estimate at least 12-14hrs steaming time from there. Take a look http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/shi...html?call=SICN (Please note that times are in UTC which is Atlantic time + 3 hrs) |

Tracking the Don
My car is on the Don Carlos as well. I did ED a month ago and can't wait to drive it again. You can track the "Don" from the below site if it close to port. I lost the ship as it entered the Atlantic from the English Channel. Hopefully it will appear soon.

Roby 84m,
The "Don" has landed in Halifax at 2am. Our cars are safe. You might be able to take a photo of the ship today. It looks like it is moored on the north side of McNabs Island. Let us know. |
