I think the initial clattering noise was due to a loose cone filter. Keep in mind that the Eventuri system has that metal shield. I tightened everything up and it seems to be better. Still seems a little noisy.

These cars are loud. There's even a warning in the owners manual that because of the performance nature of the car, it makes noise. It's not like a 335/340 which is designed more with comfort in mind. Nothing in the videos made me think that there's something wrong with the car.

The videos sound normal and healthy.

I agree, sounds to "tin-ny" to be rod knock, every rod I've ever heard knocking is more of a thud, FWIW.

Typical timing chain pumping up and or lifters waking up

Normal for these motors and s54s to sound like a sack of rocks when starting up
Especially if sat for couple days

I start and move about 4-5 cars out of the shop every morning and all of them have their own way of saying hello with noises

I wish I could start them all at once to make one big death sound lol

your car sounds perfect! stop worrying. Maybe she's bitching at you because you're not giving it to her hard enough?
