Driving vs Battery Tender after Bank 1 failure

So my car threw a code for the bank 1
I estimate that it would take about 2-4 weeks to get it fixed so I don't want the battery to die.

How "bad" is it to drive with limp mode?

Should I just put a tender on it and not drive the car for a month or should I make short drives to keep the battery running once or twice a week

Should be fine to drive in limp mode if just the TVA is having issues but you wont be able to get up to highway speeds or even accelerate at a reasonable rate. I would leave it parked for those reasons alone.
