The kit is still available. The price for the complete kit is amazing considering it's the cost of just the fronts buying from most retailers.

These kits have not seen any hard braking at all. No track days.

...No it's not.

You can go on BimmerWorld right now and buy a Front 6-pistion Race Trophy kit for $3600. Even at full price the fronts are 4200, long way off 5500. I have no problem with your asking price for the kit, just want to clarify that your comment isn't accurate.

Not trying to shit on your listing but these can be had brand new and shipped for $5,900. The race version is only a couple hundred more.

My price was for both front and rear ST60 & ST40 Trophy kit with very low miles. So you're way off.

I just did some quick math on Bimmerworld. $4100 for the fronts and $3400 for the rears. So with tax you're almost at $8000.

Adam had even better prices the last time I checked. Closer to $5,000 for a full set.

Again, it's inappropriate to post competing prices in someone's thread. That just a douche bag move. It someone doesn't like the price they can move on. Who the hell are you to post in my thread.

Wait, "your" thread? You have clearly missunderstood the basic idea of internet community mate.

More than $5,000. The cheapest I can find new front Stoptech Trophy set is $2886 and new rear Trophy is $2373, for a total of $5259 shipped.

Check the sale price 2 posts above. Only $400 more and they are brand new!

I agree — $7500 new is as overpriced as $5500 used given that you can buy these for under $5300 new shipped.

I just went to the BuyBrakes.com site. Without taxes the brakes are over $7000. Taxes will probably be at least $400.

Wow they are expensive. Is that how much you paid when you got them?

Try THM. I ran the part numbers yesterday before posting. Under $5300 shipped. They have great prices — I used them for parts to refurbish an ST60 380 kit a couple of months ago (pistons, seals, lines, hats and rotor rings).

This is a good PSA for those looking to get a new BBK. I wish I had known when I purchased mine.
