Yeah, I've never seen them for sale anywhere here-- that's why I asked.

My Nogaros haven't arrived yet but figure I'd go ahead and assemble everything else, can't wait to get this setup installed!

Anyone know if I can thread the sub strap adjusters in past the milled portion of the threads?
Got the R-9258 sub strap mounts, wondering if that is the right part here.

Talked with Lee at BK and he indicated to thread the adjusters inward past the resistance of the milled portions, have to thread them almost all the way in but looks like it will work! Also looks like the seat mounts should attach to the outward facing side of the seat track for each side, anyone recall if that's the way they did it?
Correction: The installation instructions indicate that the black spacers (bottom of photo) are to be used for the rear seat mount to seat rail mounting points and the silver are to be used for the front seat mount to seat rail mounting points, to ensure flush mounting. 2 for each seat driver/passenger. Advice appreciated!

I didn't do enough prep probably in buying parts to make it fully-reversible so I still ended up cutting some of my wiring in the stock seats, but I think I can find a small handful of replacement parts down the line to put it back together. I would say in hindsight, as great as the power sliders are, if I had a do-over, I would do the manual i3 slider swap... Spent all day doing the passenger side and trying to figure out the wiring, so only got the passenger seat done today, but should be able to knock out the driver side tomorrow.

I have manual sliders on all the M3s. The CS came with power sliders but I don't have the patience to wait for those slow devices to do their thing. It was a PITA to put manual sliders on it but worth it

So if you look earlier in the thread I actually installed electric sliders on my last m3! A number of reasons I went manual this time around, including the speed-of-adjustment as SYT_Shadow mentioned (faster to let the kids in the back seats). I also just wanted the simplicity of install, for the electrics I would have soldered and heat-shrinked everything perfectly again, takes a decent amount of time to do. I was also preserving my electric seats to re-install at a later date and grabbed some BMW i3 manual sliders off eBay for the Nogaros. Another reason, just always wanted manual seats in an e92 m3. Some folks would also mention less weight but that wasn't a huge factor for me.
Good point that someone else raised regarding a pro of the power sliders being micro-adjustments when harnessed in. Can't really do a fine adjustment with the manuals. Either way you go they are both excellent options, down to personal preference.

Totally agree ///Mobbin! There's definitely trade-offs on Power vs Manual. I'm ultimately happy with my choice this time around but for ease of install if I did it again I would probably go manual like you did too. Obsessiveness about having a clean wiring harness was pretty time consuming on my end too haha
Also, in case anyone was curious about weight, I ended up weighing everything as I went as well: My Power/Heated/Memory fully loaded stock seats were ~65lbs each, weight wasn't too accurate here though since my scale is small and balancing the seat on it was a challenge. Stock slider with motor and seatbelt receptacle came in at 9.45 lbs And the same slider with custom wiring harness and BK mounts came in at 14.34lbs OMP ARS-R seats were 19.76lbs each. Probably could have saved a little more weight with a manual slider setup or floor mount, but still really happy with basically ~34lbs each seat vs. 60lbs+ before and still maintaining some creature comforts.
