Interlagos in Houston??

All:

I'm shopping for an M3, but I am agonizing over color!! I've read so many M3 color blogs and looked at so many pics on-line I'm going to go crazy.

I'm a blue guy, and from at least the pics I like Interlagos Blue (although it seems a tad brighter than my previous blues). But I can't bring myself to order an IB car without seeing it in person. Dealers don't have one. Does anyone have an IB car in Houston I could eyeball??

Please please please!!!

That's funny. To me, IB seems to be a dark blue. The LeMans Blue is the lighter one.

TLud has IB.

For what it's worth, I've seen some blue cars in inventory at Houston dealers before. I know I saw an IB car at Momentum West a few months ago. Just glanced at a couple websites and didn't see any though. Most of the dealers do stock the "safe" colors, but my point is that you will find a blue one every now and then if you look.

I think you are right, but I've just had a "Starlight Mica" Miata, a "Lapis Blue" Boxster S, and a "Moro Blue" S4, plus I'm currently looking at the Deep Sea Ocean Blue S5 Cab, all pretty dark, so Interlagos Blue would be stepping out for me...

Aye, there was a 2010 E92 IB at Momentum West a month or so ago. Worth calling to see if its still there.

TLud hasn't been as present on the forums recently, but think theres any chance he'll be at C&C on Sat? If its not raining...

You could always stalk him.

Go to Advantage Midtown on San Jacinto and Gray. There is an employee with a IB E92 M3. He always parks in the new office buildif section. You can just walk up to ut and check it out if you're in the area.

I'm still getting used to my IB M3. I came from a Montego Blue E92 335i, and I enjoyed how bright it was. This is somewhat darker (though I still love it).
