Thanks man, I'm really stoked! I don't know if you (or anyone for that matter) has any experience with vinyl paint from various sources, but the first thing I'd like to do is change the exterior color from yellow to a shade of grey. I know dark over light tends to buckle, but that's about it.

It will be pimped out. Stripper poles in each room, mini bars in each room, there's three bedrooms, so one will have to be turned into honorary sex room..., you know, just a few minor details.

Negative. I had to make some sacrifices down here in NC I don't think I would have had to in MI. Basements are almost non-exsistent here, I'm assuming because of the unevenness of the surrounding environment.

It was also hard finding a house that had a garage or even just a car port. The first house I put an offer in had a usable space that could be turned into a 1.5 car garage, but it was all enclosed, so I would have had to cut out the rear and installed a garage door. It was literally just an empty room with a cement floor, that could have easily been a garage to begin with. I don't really understand the logic here sometimes.

Thanks! With a few tweaks as far as aesthetics go, I think I can really transform the overall look in a short period of time and really bring the house to light. It's already pretty nicely equipped, so I'm ready to start putting some nice touches to it.

HGTV is my shit, so I've decided to spend the night at Home Depot in the sheds in the parking lot and hope I run into one of the people from the Crasher shows.

A simple change in exterior color like you mentioned will give it some great curb appeal. Swapping out little things like light fixtures, door knobs and hinges can go a long way too. All those things in my current place were bright gold which I couldn't stand. I swapped them out in favor of hardware with a brushed nickel color, which looks immensely better in my opinion.

Haha right? It's funny how we all start watching HGTV once we buy a place of our own.

That's what I'm thinking. Exterior color, definitely going to paint the interior since it's all tan (boring), going to refinish the kitchen cabinets and add new updated handles, bathrooms will get all new fixturing...., just minor things.

The worse part about all the shows on there, they make everything look so damn easy. Damn the media.

Those vertical window is annoying. It is high maintenance. Gotta Lubricate every year, and replace the broken window channel balances.

There were none at Home Depot nor Lowes, so I had to order it from eBay.

Basically, I am doing all 8 vertical window lubrication today for DIY.
