Thanks man! We are coming from a larger home but in a tract neighborhood where the houses were 10' apart.

This gives us plenty of elbow room

Agree with that approach. I have friends who merely go for size of house, regardless of location or neighborhood.

Nice house purchase! I would kill to have a plot of land like that with the workshop already set up in back. That was the one thing I wanted but was impossible to find in a reasonable spot. Now I'm jealous.

It is fairly uncomfortable as well due to the rubber backing for carry. Biggest benefit is the strength. I dropped the phone numerous time, and there is no scratch on it (unlike some other cases).

I can't stand those bulky cases. I'm very careful with my phone. I didn't get this thin phone just to double its size with a rubber case.

After waiting almost 5 months, I finally get this tube phono preamp (Vincent Audio PHO700). I haven't had a chance to do a lot of auditioning with it yet.
