Good morning,

For sale are a pair of Earthquake Sound i82SWS 8-inch Shallow Woofer System Under-the-Seat Subwoofers with Gaskets, 2-Ohm (Pair).

I bought these for e90 M3 but I have the individual audio system and I need 8 ohm subs.

Thanks!

They sound pretty good. The bass is deeper than the IA subs. The issue is that the IA amp is 8 ohm and these are 2 ohm so I freaked out about overheating the amp and ended up reinstalling IA subs.

Thanks!!

Hey!

Do you know how I can tell which audio system I have and therefore if I've got the 2ohm factory subs? I'm honestly not sure how to even check into that.

Also I'm in Charlotte so not far from you 👍🏼

Hey,

You can use mdecoder.com and that should give you all the options on your car including the audio system.

Thanks!!

Yeah they don't have 8 ohm options. Even Bavsound doesn't offer them anymore as they has cases of blown subs/ overheating amps with the IA systems.
