B Pillar Trim
Several months ago I installed front and rear dashcam in my car. I tucked the rear cam wire behind the headliner and around the B pillar. Everything is hidden and no rattles, till now. So I want to pop the B pillar upper trim off and wrap the dashcam wire with foam tape.
Is there any way to remove the upper B pillar trim without removing the lower trim? Do I have to take the door sill off, then the lower trim and then the upper trim, as in are they all connected? I assume I will also need to take out the seat cushion itself out in order to take off the lower trim? Does the seat cushion just pops out by pulling up on it, like on most cars? |

You didn't specify whether E90 or E92? There is no lower B pillar trim in a coupe, unless you consider the side panel as such. The side panel trim can be removed in any order. Seat cushion does not need to come off but might make it easier to manipulate. Side panel slips under the sill but doesn't really need to be removed first if you just slide the panel out from under it.

No just remove the B pillar trim you don't need to move anything else. Pop the bottom clips outward then slide down the pillar trim from the top retention tabs.
