No, I don't think they are supposed to. I read a couple of threads on here saying most dealerships don't even carry the DCT fluid, pretty hard to come by.

To update this thread, I asked Blackstone if they had a baseline to compare against and they do not. They need a fresh, unused virgin sample of our DCT transmission fluid so they can make a true comparison. Could anyone that might have some UNUSED DCT fluid send it in to Blackstone? They will keep it on file as a baseline to check to see what has changed.
Put "Andy says it's free" in the payment area and I'll get you taken care of free of charge. Be sure to explain that this is a virgin sample for them to keep on file for e9x M3 DCT transmissions only. Anybody mind doing that? Only cost would be shipping the sample.

There is a fluid change procedure DIY on this site. Use a hand pump and you can extract some fluid.
