GoPro video of Dinan Rear Section on e90 M

Since I continually reap the benefits of all that you lovely people provide, I figure I'd post up a GoPRo video of my dinan rear section exhaust to give people an accurate clip of how it sounds. It is definitely an exhaust on the quieter side. But I love it. No drone, great quality, understated looks, and deep tone.

this is just the rear section with stock Xpipe.

Well I obviously love my Dinan, it's subtle but noticable. It's retains the luxury-ish sedan feel of the car. When I add a test pipe the car will sound even better.

The MPE is a bit more raspy, but sounds great. The only issue is I feel the MPE sounds too raspy when catless.

I have dinan rear section and have been happy with it. I also wanted a real conservative setup so I was debating b/w dinan, and MPE. I really like the deep tone to the dinan. I think either setup will be fine if you are looking for a conservative setup.

Sounds excellent. How's the in-cabin sound? I have the Akra Evo right now and find it too bassy in cabin at low RPMs.

I have a pair of Turner test pipes and am trying to figure out what to pair it with. (Akra slip, stock rear, or . . . ?)

Test Pipes and Dinan doesn't have any drone, setup isn't that loud from the inside either although I think that's more to do with BMW sound proofing of the interior because if I drive through an underpass while on throttle it's pretty loud hehe

Personally, Evo is already the Akra mid-pipe...you could try with test pipes and see if it changes the sound/drone at all...not sure...I'd be hard pressed to part with akra slip on...the tips look so nice.

Yeah, I am probably going to try the TTP + Akra-Slip first. If I'm not happy, then I'll have to think more seriously about the Dinan.
