Swift SpecR springs vs H&R- track days

Guys,
I’m looking for a set of springs for better track day experience (e92).
I’m not ready for coil overs yet.
My car has the EDC, and I’m running 275/30/18 square (320TW).

My goal is the make the car a little tighter, as it feels like it is “floating”, and a bit lazy on track.
Has anyone had any experience with either springs?

I will get a proper track alignment after spring install.

If you want the car tighter I would suggest any/all of the following: stiffer front sway bar, some monoballs in the thrust arm and solid subframe bushings.

Lowering springs by themselves, even with higher spring rates won't actually help control body roll, it'll make it worse (read up on roll center)

That said, of course they'll provide a more aggressive stance, so street bois will give you street boi cred.
