APEX | LeMans Blue E92 M3 on 18” VS-5RS Forged Sprint™ Line Wheels

E92 M3 Track Car | Featuring APEX 18” VS-5RS Sprint™ Line Wheels

We thought we’d get a final set of photos out to you before the Group Buy ends in a few hours of a track car at Thunderhill running our VS-5RS wheels. We know the BMW love is strong, but we also snuck in some shots featuring a 987 Cayman R as well in case we have some hidden P-car admirers.

These shots feature Ken’s E92 on a square set of our brand new VS-5RS forged wheels. These wheels are leading the charge for our Sprint™ Line designs in 5x120 BMW fitments and are the lightest wheels we’ve ever made. This fitment is our classic square 18x10 ET25 on a 275/35-18 tires which is a perfect match for this dual-duty track car and are our most popular setup on the E9X M3 chassis. This design is over a pound lighter per wheel than our Flow Formed ARC-8s in the same 18x10 ET25 fitment while clearance for large aftermarket brake kits is vastly improved over the profile 3 ARC-8s.

Brake Clearance was prioritized with all of our Sprint™ Line designs and all new motorsports blanks allowed us to engineer wheels to the specifications we’ve always wanted including 18x11 ET25 and wider.

We have 19” Sprint Line wheels arriving in March next year in both our VS-5RS and EC-7RS designs with more options in the pipeline.

Paging BMW owners in the Bay area! If you're interested in free professional photos of your car on brand new APEX wheels, we are looking for volunteers for testfiitting and photoshoots! Volunteers will get copies of the photos, a discount on a set of APEX wheels, and APEX goodies/swag. If you're interested in volunteering, please email us at info@apexraceparts.com with your contact information, location, and a photo of your car. All are welcome. Show us what you've got!

If you'd like to take an inside look at what these photoshoots involve, our good friend Blake made a video detailing the process of an 18" test fitment on his F82 M4 recently:
