Good bye E92, hello HPF 2.5

We sold the E92 last month after 2 years (we got one of the first E92s delivered in the US 3/11/08).

Here are a couple pictures of the E92:

With our other E46:

The new car:

At HPF:

In our possession:

A few of the mods include: Alcon BBK (6 pot front, 4 pot rear top-notch brakes), Rogue El Diablo Track Edition Exhaust (rear section), Hamann Fog light inserts, 4.5" HPF Carbon Intake Pipe, HPF Traction control w/ variable boost control, 20" J-Line Forged 2-Piece 20RL3s, Bilstein PSS9, +... Brian took excellent care of the car, and it only has 28k miles on it and is an '03 (8k miles on the HPF kit).

Here's a dyno chart with the new stage 2.5 tune to give you an idea of what these cars are making at the wheels:

This last pick is from delivery day on the E92:

I remember reading the article! Congratulations on the E46! Previous E92 was a beauty but you can't compare it with the power of your new whip.

When will HPF touch the V8? I know there was discussion that they won`t.

Nice car, I know I'd take an HPF M3 over an E92 any day of the week. Vids?

HPF Makes Strong Horsepower

A friend here in Dallas has an HPF Stage 2.5. It's very strong & the quality of the HPF stuff appears to be very good. Good luck with it.

Because the E46 has a $25k turbo system, with over 700hp.

A true BEAST!

Thanks, it wasn't too hard when we found out this one was for sale! I haven't made any vids, but here are a few from the previous owner/HPF:

Is it Scott? He's set some amazing records with his car, and I hear he's upgrading to a Stage 3 now. It would be cool to meet him sometime.

His engine is at HPF now getting the necessary internal mods. He's sold his current kit to a local DFW AC member (Matt) and is detailing the install (as a stage 2) on Matt's car on DFW AC: http://www.dfwautoclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4891

I want to see an HPF M3 soooo bad! There was going to be a Stage 4 here in Tampa... but it was flung off the delivery truck on it's way here from getting the kit installed
