Brand new e92: What to do now to keep her looking great?

Title says it all: brought her home yesterday.

A coat of carnauba on car and wheels? Any other tips regarding things I might regret at this early point?

You might want to look into some detailers in your area. Or if you're a DIYer, do some searches here.

A new car prep would be great for you, as a lot of the cars that dealers keep are in pretty rough condition and need a good claying and polishing. Chances are a wash and a wax won't quite cut it for even a brand new car.
