Concord BMW Dealership

Hi Peeps! I am taking my car in tomorrow at Concord BMW - anyone here has feedback for this dealership? Any SA I should be asking for?

I am taking the M there tomorrow at will be doing the 45K service. First time dealing with this dealership so not sure what to expect yet!

Cheers!

Concord service is very pricey. I bought my M from them in 2008. You might want to take a look at East Bay BMW in Dublin/ Pleasanton. More affordable and I believe they're top 10 BMW service department in the nation. If you want an Indy shop, look into EDGE Motorworks or Performance Technic, both located in Dublin.

Concord is a reputable dealership.

My cars are all now off warranty and Performance Technic maintains and builds them. Ptech is very versed in the e9x platform and has two bmw master techs on staff.

Thanks! I might have to look into Ptech as I've been hearing great things about this shop.

My experience with Concord BMW was not that great... I scheduled an appointment for a regular oil change and I was sent home when I got there because I wasn't due for another 300 miles?! Their reasoning was because warranty is really strict with this kind of things. Is this accurate? or am I over reacting?

I told them I'll probably go to BMW Mountain View as its closer to my work.

If you take it to Concord request to have Mert as a technician, he's the big homie and is a fellow enthusiast.
