I've personally gone for the last 3 years and it's been a great event. I just recently started tracking my car these last couple months in preparation for the roadcourse event at Las Vegas speedway. Like others said, if you haven't gone... you should at least go once!
Thinking about joining the Texas caravan back to Arizona and then splitting off back to Cali, sleeping for a couple hours and then leaving with the Los Angeles caravan. We'll see how that plan works out. lol |

By the by, when you're there, tank up at Rebel Gas. Many of their stations carry 100 octane racing fuel. There's one on Sahara & Valley View where I tanked up before track day at MFest a couple of years ago. I've also stopped many times at the Rebel Gas in Henderson (just sw of Vegas proper).

I will take a 12X12.. Still not sure if I am going this year or not. The giant caravan is sounding tempting though...That is my favorite part of the whole trip.

Thanks for the info! I imagine the planning & coordinating of such a large event is pretty stressful and has a lot of moving parts. Looking forward to see the end result

Hey all, just got off the phone with James, who's the TX M Crew representative. He's going to pop on here and give some info about upcoming events leading up to M Fest, as well as call me with details over the weekend. I've also got a buddy who's very tempted to come out from NC (///M Flight member) and roll with us. Biggest thing right now is coordinating a pre meeting? Anyone interested/available for a meet, say mid april, up in Denver??

Hey Shady1 here MFest Texas Rep
I had a chat on the phone with MFlight member M3 JP, it seems you guys have some members in other parts of the country that are asking questions and are thinking about linking up with my Caravan. I know for you guys that live in Colorado it makes no since to come all the way down and try to link up with my caravan do not do that stick to your more easy route please. Another thing I want you all to know, if you have any Military veterans in your caravan make sure you identify them now because they will be given a special award from MFest. So make sure you identify them by name and the caravan leader of you guys keep track because last year MFest gave out awards to the vets and did not have enough to go around so don't get left out. I recommend as you get your list of people going and have " Registered " make sure on your caravan list of people going you put if you are a Military vet and what branch you served. It don't matter if you are currently active duty, retired or not. They are going to thank you for your service. Once you have your count of Vets that are actually Registered to go to MFest, I recommend PM your list to: Laidback (MFest Chris the founder). If you want you can PM me the list to me as a back up. do this as soon as possible. If anyone has any questions on the Texas Caravan or any questions of me you can send me a PM. Thanks and I look Forward to seeing you all at MFest 7 don't be a stranger at MFest come talk to me you can't miss my car and I will be somewhere with a ton of camera's on me taking pics
You can find info on my Texas Caravan here : http://www.mfestforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17221
