HELP...OEM Exhaust Upgrades?
Does anyone know the best way to up the noise on the 2009 E92 OEM exhaust? I want to keep the stock exhaust so I'm just looking for something to add that extra roar. I heard of some kind of valve that can be installed but I'm not sure exactly what it's called. Any suggestions?

That valve is on the 335i..not the M3... that's all I know. Not sure how the stock exhaust can be made louder...

I think he is talking about the guy that put a blast gate in his muffler and took the insulation out.
You could change out the air filter to an aftermarket one and that will make it breath a little better. I don't know how many miles you have but mine seems a bit louder lately. I am at 8500 and it just warmed up here in New England. It is nice to be able to have the window down and hear the engine rev when I hit the gas. I am seriously itching to put a Vanguard Ti on very soon.
