08 M3 price check

is $30k a reasonable price for an 08 E92 M3 with 39,600 miles, metallic black exterior and red interior, 2 owners and clean car fax?
Done research and can't figure out if it's a good price or too high??

I think it's good but you are gonna hear a lot of different things on here because it's an 08. Also depends on availablity. I paid around that because I am in Idaho and they are harf to come by. Didnt want to deal with transporting it etc so I pulled the trigger. couldnt be happier though.

Good color combo. Black on red is a pretty rare spec to come by. Carbon roof?

I think it's a pretty good price, if you can knock a couple thousand off that price I would do it. 08's tend to depreciate hardest

Maybe check to see if some of the expensive repairs like rod bearings and throttle actuators have been done as well. If yes, that sounds like a fair price for a clean car.

I think the price is a little high, considering it has a sunroof and no idrive.
Despite the older idrive being unintuitive, not having it will affect the cars value.
A lot of people buying these cars are enthusiasts so not having the cf roof might affect the value some.

I wouldn't pay anything above 25K for the car. It is 10 years old and first year model that is the least desirable as well

Depends on location, 28-30k is a good deal.

Rare spec? How so? Colour? Black was the highest volume produced. Fox Red is also a pretty common spec too. Please elaborate.

OP...I think that car is grossly overpriced, especially for an 08. Regardless of mileage it is the first year produced, non LCI, non ZCP, non CCC and no CF roof. This is a low spec car when new and as such probably not highly sought after.

I am in agreement that you should be looking between 25-27k
