Are the OEM PS2's directional?

What I'd like to know is if I can swap the wheels from one side to the other.

Just came back from a track event at Summit Point Main, which is mostly hard right turns and would like to even out the wear a little bit...

Look at the tires. It will say on the sidewall.

yes you can. Wheels have outside/inside but it's not directional (front/back).

PS2s are NOT directional, but it's pretty much like if they were. As mentioned, they have an 'outside' side, so if tires are getting worn out on the inside due to negative camber, they'd continue to get worn on the same spot if swapped, but just rotating in oposite direction. That's why proper alignment is critical on cars with staggered (and expensive) tires. Sorry for the bad news.

If you have been to a track which is hard on the left tyres then yes, you can swap the tyres around but it will only really benefit you if you go back to this right hand track!
