Anybody running a straight pipe with only resonators?

question as title states.. technically not straight pipe but is anyone running an exhaust with primary cat delete, secondary cat delete, and muffler delete? and maybe even swapped the resonator for a less restrictive one? looking for a vid!

I'll try to find a sound clip of my buddies Fabspeed catless, non resonated mid section with GT Haus GT2 rear...honestly its too loud for daily driving in my opinion

Sounds badass. I currently have fully catless no resonators to an RPI axle back. The rpi axle back is pretty restrictive. I want the meisterschaft gt2 but can’t find a good reason to spend that much money on another axle back.. which is why I made this thread to see if I could come up with this cheap alternative! Thanks for your reply!

Might wanna do a quad resonatod x pipe. I have a buddy who has a legit header back full straight pipe and it drones like crazy loudest thing I've ever heard. Can't imagine just 2 resonators would do much for the drone.

Seen this going down at my local mechanic.
American Racing headers with their high flow cats and resonated mid section. It was paired with OEM rear which was actually quitter then expected on start up but on acceleration its a screamer.
I wanna see this setup paired with an aggressive muffler

This thread still hasn't produced a true resonator-only exhaust video. Not surprising because people that want an entirely unmuffled exhaust are generally the same people who want resonators deleted. It would be interesting to hear the difference back-to-back vs the true straight pipe though.

However, there are many videos of the ACM bypass mod with test pipes or after-market resonated catless x-pipes, and that may be as close as you're going to get to a review and/or sound clip.

I had the Macht Schnell catless xpipe (2 resonators) to a custom straight pipe rear, muffler delete and it was aweful in the low revs, up high was fine.

Would not recommend because of how obnoxious and droney the low end is.

I have that exact set up, not sure how to post a video of it though. Test pipes, no resonators only secondary cats. My mufflers were a megan racing axle bsck. Had an exhaust shop cut the mufflers out and weld in straight pipes and kept the burnt tips.

My instagram is Johneastvold. U can hear some sound clips on there of my car

Straight front to center pipe with stock rear muffler (without the mod). Already quite loud when you are on it.
