What's a typical price for coding...

For 240/latest engine tune with no mods/91 octane and other stuff like Euro-MDM, 5-blink signals, etc?

Just looking for a ballpark number, $100, $300, $800, more?

Option coding is 60 bucks FLAT for anything you want. You can get that price from Alex@Alpine.

Engine tune stuff, I have no clue. But dont get over charged on the option coding stuff!

PS: Tom is another great souce, but he might charge more being a retail outfit. Which is totally understandable and worth it if you plan on getting other things too!

+1. Planning to go with Alex in the next couple of weeks. Shouldn't have to pay triple digits for options.

Alex coded my car yesterday. He's great. He'll tell you the pluses and minuses of each item you want, then you can decide if you still want it coded.

T- did he do it remotely? I've been wanting to get it done but don't own PC laptop.

yup remote. was easy, very easy and smooth. nice guy. He sends you a cable and USB. You pay $115 up front (60 coding, 50 security deposit, 5 shipping). Then you send the cable back and he refunds the 50. I asked around about coding and Alex's pricing is the best and he has good reviews.

As far as PC, not sure what his requirements are. Just give him a call and ask. He's a nice guy.

I had Alex remote code my car also. You will need a PC or a MAC with VMWARE. I tried using Parallels with my mac and that was a mess.
