Matrix Integrated West just finished installing my actuators, breather valve, be bearings and bolts, and engines mounts. They have also service all my vehicle liquids and installed my axle back. They are good and prices are very competitive. I just wish they were more of a tuner shop.

If you want more of a tuner shop I would recommend AR Auto Service. Their prices are a little bit higher.

Sherwood here! Here's mine. I'm fairly easy to spot from a distance as I'm the only white E92 in the area with an HOD Coach sticker in the front window.

I also have a silver E46 M3 dedicated track car that's currently down waiting on a new motor.

We have a pretty active track community here as well. First days at PIR will be HOD April 17/18th and there's a total of 20 track days scheduled at PIR between HOD, Cascade Sports Car Club, Portland BMW ACA, and a few others. I coach with everyone at PIR for the most part so come say Hi.

As far as shops go, Matrix is good. For seriously performance work though, I use AR Motorsport / AR Auto Service. They built my E46, maintain my E92, our Miata track car (wife's), and our Subaru Impreza daily beater. Their Motorsport shop is in Tigard on Shady Lane next to 217.

I have scheduled to Matrix west to check my DCT transmission this Wednesday. Looking forward to have my E92 fixed and waiting to join a driving school when covid passed.

Got the OMP pedal set today, bought from Amazon $39/set.
I have DCT, so just use the brake and gas pedal.

It suprised me that it is made in Italy.

Each pedal use two bolts and nuts and It is strong enough to hold...

E92 M3 here in SE Portland/Happy Valley area. Used to live in Hillsboro/Tanasbourne area, still work in this area though.

As far as I know, I'm the only E92 in the area with a moonroof. Haven't seen any others.

I can speak highly of the work AR auto service has performed for me. They have done most of my maintenance and also my rod bearings. The owner Eddie is a nice guy.

I also use matrix integrated for some oil changes, those guys are good too. Haven't had them do anything major yet.

Can I ask ballpark what rod bearings ran you at AR? Did you put in OEM bearings, treated, or BE? Thinking about changing mine over so I can add the Harrop SC.

AR just did mine, it'll be about $3,800 for their normal package, that includes engine mounts, all new oil pan gasket, bolts, o-rings, BE rod bearing kit and ARP bolt kit and labor.

Would be less if you skip the motor mounts, though it's a common thing to do with the bearings. Their labor rates are higher than most indy shops but you get what you pay for.

This was my breakdown for BE Bearings and ARP bolts at Matrix Integrated...

I provided bearings and bolts, actuators, and mounts. My mounts were shot and I'm only at 56K miles so worth doing anyways while they are doing bearings.

Replacing rods bearings and associated hardware/gaskets/oil/filter, $1620
Replace engine and trans mount while replacing rods bearings, $75
Replace throttle actuators $600
Replace fuel tank vent valve, no charge when replacing throttle actuators.

After initial checking DCT transmission weeping issue and quoted by Matrix. I decided go to another bimmershop - Dynasport https://www.dynasportpdx.com/, I have use them once to service my X5 before. Their quote is relative fair. I have the followings works which scheduled next week to do:

S65 VALVE COVER GASKET. labor=$800
Includes both banks valve cover gaskets and spark plug tubes and timing cover gaskets.

E92 M3 DCT TRANSMISSION RESEAL labor=$1430
DCT transmission reseal with filters and fluid replacement.

Replace left and right Output Shaft Seal, differential fluid flush. labro=$520

I have ordered all the parts from FCP Euro and will bring them next week to Dynasport shop.

By the way, the car was bought with Bilstien B8 Shocks/Struts and Swift Spec R springs. Anyone use them and are those good for track use? I feel corner turning is really sharp with those...

Anywho, I'll look for y'all when I'm putting around Beaverton and Hillsboro area. I great drive when it's early (and dry) is around Hillsboro airport and Jackson Road

BMW M Performance, fit very good. They and several M Performance parts were port installed....car is as it was delivered to the dealer.

I am up at Forest Heights. Bethany QFC, springville Rd PCC rock creek tennis courts are all places I often there, but most of time driving my space grey X5 F15. You possibly at Intel area Joans Farm?
