RDC trigger sensor for TPMS system
I'm trying to locate and replace all of the RDC trigger sensors for the TPMS system on my 2008 E90 M3. According to the parts lists I've seen, the car requires 4 of the sensors, part #36236771042. I'm assuming there is one somewhere in each wheel well. I think I know where the ones are for the rear wheels, however I've taken the front passenger wheel off, removed the wheel well trim/shielding, and I can't find where the sensor is.
Could anyone shed some light on its location? |

The front ones are in the front half of the wheel liner. The rear ones are bolted into the bumper brackets. The antenna is under the driver side of the car; its covered by the felt lining. The RDC module itself is either in the trunk of the rear passenger side of the car under the couch depending on your model. I have the all the parts if you want them. Just pay shipping and they are yours for free.
I would code it and never worry about it again. |

Tut4u2, sorry to be a bother, but I'm still trying to figure out where the front ones mount. The front sensors were missing on my car, but I found the wiring for them. Do they mount to the fender liner itself? Or somewhere on the actual car?
