E92 M3 Comfort Acess Intermittent

Anyone have issues with their comfort access? Wondering if anyone has any solutions to it, sometimes comfort access doesn't work and sometimes the ignition doesn't sense the key in the car

Maybe the battery in the remote has to be changed. You can reference YouTube if the battery needs to be changed

of course check battery first, both car and remote's. Then try driving with FOB inserted a few times.

Its probably your battery. Oddly enough ONLY my passenger side won't lock. Everything else has worked fine for a while

I had a problem where only the drive side did not work. I forget if it didn't lock or unlock or both but it ended up being a problem with the door handle. They ended up replacing it and and the problem was fixed.

I have the same problem and with some digging it seems that some people are experiencing failure of the sensor in the driver's side door handle. Yours was replaced under warranty? Damn local dealer quoted me about 1K to replace a door handle and of course I walked.

Part on Realoem is $223. I had this issue under warranty so never saw a price. Now my driver's side is not working but like mrspecter I'm simply living with it at this point...
