Phone Holder?

Hi Guys,
New member here, just got my 2011 Pure Edition M3.
Absolutely loving it!

Just wondering what you guys are using as a phone holder? and where you have mounted it.

Open the ashtray door and horizontally place your phone in the lil lip at the bottom and lean against the door. Perfect it's like a 2nd car screen

I like mine a little higher...bought one of the scosche magnet Vent Mounts and I 'stick' mine to the driver's side air vent. It blocks half of it when present... But it doesn't move around at all!

Do you use this personally? Reason I ask is I have a mountek CD mount (though it is a couple years old) and there isn't enough clearance to fit into the CD slot. If it does, I'm buying today!

You can get a Pitaka magmount Qi plus their case. Then you have wireless charging, magnetic mount, and you choose which method. I use their vent mount version.

the drivers side vent next to the door missing is a vent tab (crumbled up/broken vent tab) so it's the perfect place for me to attach a vent clip type phone holder. You can get them from officeworks for $5

How is this mount working for you? I've tried two vent mounts already and both fall out under normal acceleration. Need something that will stick!

I bought Pitaka CD mount using the referral above. It is very sturdy for my IPhone X. Never came out with hard acceleration or cornering.
Have to tighten it properly to keep it sturdy.

+1 for Scosche. I've tried so many magnet mounts, this is the best. Not cheap but works.
