Liqui Moly Engine Flush

Has anyone ever put this stuff into your M3s? https://www.ecstuning.com/b-liqui_mo...SABEgK9PfD_BwE

I am pushing 1 year and about 6300 miles until the Rod Bearing job. Was thinking to put this stuff 500-1k miles after rod bearings while the oil is still fresh. Any feedback on this product?

Don't do it. "The only safe way to do is to flush out with traditional mineral oils multiple times."

You don't need this unless your motor was severely neglected. Same goes for similar products like Kreen.

Any car that has received routine oil changes with an API oil should be fine.

To me what i am doing right now which is waiting 1 year for an oil change is considered neglecting the car)

These engines don't need it. Unless your engine had 20k mile oil change intervals you are wasting your time and money.

I probably wouldn't bother on a fairly well maintained engine. These are for a 80's Toyota track that has been sitting for a while or something.

There is not a lot of sludge in an engine that revs to 8400 rpm and runs 210-220F oil temps. Maybe some varnish.
