Car Shop Glow x pipe

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold
Shipping Costs Included

Item Interest
Selling my car shop glow x pipe, made from Japan. The x pipe uses your stock cats so you wont get a CEL, or you can pair it with test pipes. Up to y'all.

I can include the stock cats but the shipping price will increase because of the weight and bulkiness.

EDIT: Im now including the stock cats with the xpipe, so you dont have to cut up your stock cats!

It made was in Japan from a small Japanese company. Don't have to have a month shipping for this one.

What performance benefits do you gain from using the stock cats? My understanding (which is limited) is that the biggest restriction in our exhaust system is the cats. So if you're looking for better performance wouldn't you want HFC's or just delete them and not reuse the old cats? Just curious. Thanks!

I kept my cat just so I don't have to deal with a CEL and get a tune in order to get rid of the CEL. I did have test pipes but never installed it with the car shop glow x pipe, just because I would get a CEL. The x pipe is still more free flowing then the stock x pipe since this deletes the two pairs of resonators. I personally didn't feel significant gains except better sounding exhaust note. I guess no one wants a Japanese made exhaust, because its still for sale.....

I would love this. Hmm, wonder how it'll sound with my Akra slip on.

BTW, nice Nartia dogfight gloves!

I'm debating on getting it since I don't have to worry about getting a CEL like the other types. Man I just watched the COTA video again, I miss that track. I drove on it during the BMW 5 series launch; such an amazing track!!!
