Day 2 of Therapy

Making good progress, though it is only the second day. Doc was impressed with the extent of ankle mobility I'm already displaying. It seems some people can have pretty extreme stiffness in the joint. So, good news I suppose.

More massage and electric stim. Added more exercises for the hip and thighs to start strengthening the whole leg.

In terms of getting my foot back to a 90 degree angle, there's still a lot of work to do, as expected. It's very tight.

Going back tomorrow for more fun.

Day 3 of Therapy (Thursday)

More massage and ankle mobility drills. Adding more core and hip exercises. Feeling good and putting more weight on the heel.

Improving on the foot angle has been difficult so far, but I'm doing my exercises everyday, several times. Ice every night.

Goal right now is to get to a 90 degree foot angle. Then moving without crutches and getting back in the car. Timing goal for all three is by the end of July.

Finally gave my Orange girl a very need wash. Looking great!

Nice.construction finished on mine. Will be dyno tuned Tuesday then I get it back. LCI tails Tuesday, 1M bumper in a couple weeks, then wheels end of the month.
