I would do the sleeve kit and call it the day ! Maybe even RDsport sway bars front and rear which I happen to have a brand new never used set for sale & I can make you a sweet offer
As for brakes" fluid , pads & lines are good but....... Once you get to have some fun with the new power you will find yourself driving very spirited and they really don't suffice only if you don't really get on the car often which I don't see this being the case so I would consider a BBK . Then look into a oil cooler |

I HATE the wet rust on the rotors after washing. I have to wash the barrel of my rims twice. Damn...Slotted it is..
