Laguna Seca Blau E90 M3 ZCP 6MT
Well I've been able to locate what seems to be the only LSB e90 M3 in North America and seems like a good first post as well. Car magically appeared at a used car dealership. Although not in perfect condition it was still a stunning car. Enjoy guys!

I guess those rear parking sensors didn't work, or the owner was hard of hearing. And was someone breaking into the car, or randomly using the key in the door.

Seems a little high priced with the mileage and damage regardless of color, with that said LSB and techno violet are easily my favorite BMW colors.

It looks really good but needs some attention to some points.

Definitely sounds overpriced for the condition and mileage. But then again it's not my opinion that matters...only the one that is seeing it thru "I gotta have it because __________" reasons.
I'd see if there was any wiggle room because most dealers jack the price up to see if they can get any suckers, ooops I meant uhm buyers to jump in at the "high". The longer it sits the more they'll play ball. A couple of tips...DON'T be afraid to walk away...that ultimately levels the playing field...and if possible go up as high as you can in the hierarchy (owner, VP, GM) to avoid the games and sometimes get the better deal. Either way, good luck! |

For those of you who can't see it in person, here are the cosmetic issues with the car:
- Rear bumper has the two screw hole indentions and about a 1.5 inch vertical gash. - Curb rash has been refinished on the wheels. They did a decent job but you can still see they are refinished. - There is a golf ball sized dent on the passenger side door near the front panel. You can tell a personal dent guy tried to improve it but it's still there. - The nav screen appears to be scratched in a few places. Looks like the previous owner must have rested their phone in that area. - Rear M3 badge is faded. The colors are hella faded. Must have seen some sun. - Rear window trim is brittle, needs to be replaced. Once again, sun - The two roof trim pieces have clear coat peeling. Pretty common on these cars, but needs to be handled. - Some clear coat peeling on the right hood vent - Inside drivers door handle has paint peeling/bubbling right in the area where you grab it to close the door - start/stop button has faded paint - 6mt shifter is bubbling and is not perfect - A cluster of scratches above the gas tank lid. I think they could be buffed out. Weren't deep. - inside the trunk, the brackets near the hydraulic have large areas where the LSB paint is missing and it's just black beneath. Almost looks like they used some solvent to clean that area on each side and the paint peeled off. This was the most concerning thing to me that I saw. - Rear tires are Nanking. Those cheap ass tires would need to be replaced immediately. The front tires were good. Toyo Proxies4 all season tires. Looked new. The other cool thing about the car is that it has manual seats. Non heated and non power. I did not drive the car, so I can't comment on anything mechanical. The engine compartment was spotless. Looked brand new somehow. I made an offer on the car pending mechanical PPI and my offer was not accepted so I walked. If anyone would like I have photos of most of the items I described above. I can post them so let me know. |

Hmm...definitely wasn't taken care of too well especially for such a rare car. What a shame. If it was mint and low mileage it would've fetched a good amount.
LSB is also a dream BMW color I'd like to own one day but I never liked it on e9x's for some reason. It does look better on e90 than e92 though. Maybe I'll own a f8x in LSB one day.

1 of 1 - wow! I can see condition isn't great but most of these issues can be corrected. I decoded the VIN and it's pretty stripped - ZCP, carbon leather trim, moonroof...that's pretty much it. Not even the Premium Package, which most M's seem to have. No heated seats, no premium sound...
Clearly somebody ordered this car...typically that would be an enthusiast, so pretty strange the condition is so suspect. |

Surprised to see this car finally come up for sale! I'm assuming this is for sale at a used car dealership somewhere in the Orange County area? I remember first seeing this car in the flesh sitting in a nondescript parking lot.... I swear I lost my lower jaw right then and there. Unfortunate to see it in its current condition as I remember it being fairly pristine... perhaps changed owners? Great looking car with some potential though! I personally prefer the Monte Carlo Blue on the E90 though, albeit less rare.
Edit: Only thing missing is the sunroof delete..... |
