No bass in speakers

2011 E92 with premium audio(the ones with silver trim and yellow cones)

Was just on the freeway when all my bass cut out while listening to music, I've been playing with the Tone adjusting bass/treble and equalizer settings and It seems everything works besides bass. No difference between max or min on the bass but treble still working as usual. It's scheduled to get looked at on Monday but was also wondering if anyone here has any guidance.

Also I did look it up and from what I've seen it sounds like an amp problem but still anything helps

Check your amp compartment. If it's all dry there then likely your under seat subs are dead.

If this is the amp compartment then everything is all dry in here and everything looks plugged in

Then you have dead subs. Pretty common issue, they seem die as a pair. Do a search, there was a recent thread on this as well.

Had the car scanned at my local BMW and although it showed the amp as functioning I was told I would need a new one rather than new subs. Maybe a different service center? Still lost

Dealer will always ask you to replace the amp. Check this thread:
