10k mile m3 2013 find

Hello, I got a call from my neighbor about someone who with a 3 BMWs with super low mileage who's looking to sell for a deal(cheap). I called the guy and was disappointed to find out one is a pristine 2013 black on black e93 dct. Wish it 6spd and slick top. I've done some research on price, but what would pay if you're looking for such a car? 40k? I appreciate any/all comments.

With out seeing the car at least in pictures it would be difficult to give an estimate. 30-40k would be a ball park if everything checked out.

I have a few pictures, looks great, original tires and garage kept. 30-40 is a big range though 🤔

Need pics and maintenance history to even begin to give you an informed price, otherwise I would give $1 for it.

If it has original tires I would suggest most of the rubber on the car will likely be dry rotted to some degree, even if has never seen rain or snow. Rubber tends to rot when unused. Also, it is an E93 and so you can knock $5000+ off the value right there. And why would you settle for an E93 if you are wanting an E90-92?? You will not be happy with the extra 400lbs+, the lack of many mods due to the vert platform nor the added issues of top maintenance as they age. Buy what you want.

1000% this. i bought a cab first (though intentionally, wanted the compromise) and switched into an e92 less than a year later. They're completely different cars.

Agree with ^^. The worst spec so would pass or help the seller find a buyer.

The Auto Vert, Black on Black is the least desirable E9xM3 possible.
The 6spd Coupe, wild-color on wild-color is the most desirable E9xM3 possible.

Sedan values will ultimately be very close to Coupe values but rarely over.

E90 sedan
E91 wagon
E92 coupe
E93 vert

Where is it located? I have a friend who was tentatively looking for a clean e93 DCT. He's in Norcal. Just casually looking but if you could send me pics to send to him, if you decide not to buy it yourself, he might be interested.
