Little bit of good news on the COTA front - we are a confirmed go for a private track day June 6th. They have also confirmed an Edge Addicts HPDE a couple of weekends later so it sounds like COTA is starting to fire back up.

Still sounds like Daytona is a go for the June 13 WRL race as well

It's a bucket list track and need a way to get on it.

I believe the Houston chapter of BMW CCA gets together with some PCA groups and puts on a weekend called Schnellfest just about every year.
BMW CCA Club Racing has a race weekend scheduled for Oct 2-4. Not sure if there will be an accompanying HDPE. I have not seen Audi put anything on but also could just have not been looking for it.

The two groups that run HPDEs the most often out there are Edge Addicts & Chin. You can usually find something going on every month between the two of them.

VIR finally rescheduled for 6/20-21. My wife is the best! I mentioned the dates to her and told her I'd pass if she wanted me to. She gave it a complete thumbs up! Perhaps being holed up with me for the past 2.5 months has been too much for her and she needs a break?

Really looking forward to this. Car is already in the trailer!

SCDA cancelled june 1st event at NJMP Thunderbolt, NASA is waiting for conformation that track will open for June 5-7, SCCA is going there to Lightning course, not cancelled yet. I guess they still hope for positive conformation soon.
I am registered for June 5th with NASA, my first track day of this season.
Will be very disappointed if it gets cancelled

NJMP is closed for now. You might want to read the COVID manual - link at the top of the main page.

Actually right after my post I checked my emails and found one from
NASA stating that they are forced to cancel that event.
Was looking forward to that one as Thunderbolt is my second fav. track after WGI

June 13 is sold out for red run group. This is the most expensive club , they charge more than anyone else, yet they sell out their LRP events weeks in advance. I don't get it.
Will probably go there with NASA in july. Also unmuffled event

Just signed up for june 29th event with SCDA at LRP.
Red run group still has a few spots left so if someone wants to go there on june 29th I suggest to sign up today.
