Misfires across all cylinders

2011 M3 w/175k already on my 3rd set of actuators. Last one installed at 131k. It was a rebuilt set.

The car is at a very qualified Porsche mechanics garage. He's don't a lot of work for me but not on the engine.

Question: what other possible cause should we think about. The actuators are at the top of my mind, anything else?

Read the codes and report back, it could be anything.

Carley report on misfires

Mechanic has this and professional scan tools. Figured I'd see if anyone had this problem and it turns out not to be actuators?

One other thought.... Any chance this happens right after a fill up of gas?
fuel tank breather valve if so...

if not, How old is your battery? I'd probably start there. Unlikely to be a bad set of actuators again.. (3rd) set you said? Also it wouldn't be all 8 coil packs gone at the same time. I'd start with the battery load test.

The dmtl pump is also know as the leak detection pump (test for fuel tank vapor leaks by filling the tank system with air, and measuring the pressure drop). They aren't uncommon to go out... I'd start with fixing that, checking the charcoal canister for clogging, and have him smoke test the system for leaks...

Clear codes and adaptations, test drive and report back

Happy thanksgiving everyone and ty for your help. Got the car back yesterday after having the fuel tank breather valve replaced. Happy to report all is well. Smoother faster start, no codes, host of small noticeable improvements in the engine feel. At idle the engine no longer dips and the feeling of sometimes wanting to stall is gone. 👍🏼👍🏼
