Need some advice on 2010 E90 purchase

2010 with 26k miles. 52k is the price

I guess asking if you guys think that is a decent price? 1 owner who bought it from the BMW dealer that I am buying from.

Tough to find a E90 close to STL.

Looks pretty flawless in the pictures and the dealer is willing to meet halfway to exchange the car. Any other questions I should be asking?

I think it's too much for 2010 with that many miles.

I just checked bmwusa.com and found this:

http://nitra.bmwcpodealer.com/cpo/Ve...-MN/1748562283

18k miles asking $51,975 with the following options:

COLD WEATHER PKG -inc: heated front seats, split fold-down rear seats, retractable headlight washers (ZCW)
PREMIUM PKG (ZPP)
7-SPEED M DOUBLE CLUTCH TRANSMISSION
WHEELS (STYLE 220M) -inc: P245/35R19 front & P265/35R19 rear performance tires MOONROOF (403)
SYCAMORE ANTHRACITE WOOD TRIM (4MZ)
NAVIGATION SYSTEM
ENHANCED PREMIUM SOUND
ZTP Technology Pkg (752)

So, I think you can do better then $52k. Ask them for CPO & Ext Maintenance as well.

If it was CPO I'd go for it. Yay for an E90 that isn't Jerez Black in STL. I have three doppelgangers running around, hopefully they're being blamed for my shenanigans

Hmmm. I dunno. With nothing other than gut feel, a '10 sedan at that price with that spec does not seem out of line to me.

Edit - Production date for this VIN is 11 Jan 2010, so 26k miles in 30 months does not seem high mileage to me.

yeah that M3 in Minnesota has been wrecked according to carfax. I called them back a couple of months ago and they wouldnt budge much on price. Looks like they are dropping the price to get rid of it now.

I wasn't aware of the carfax. I simply found one on bmwusa.com that was relatively close to you.

Be patient. Back in Oct, I found a fully loaded 2011 E90 in Houston for $59k with CPO. I opted to lease as I could write off more on a lease vs. purchase. the asking was $63k with no CPO.

If you can get this car with CPO for $52k, then it's a good deal.
