Oem rod bearing condition - 2011 6mt e92 m3, 50k Miles

Not horrible I suppose, but I’m no expert.

Needed other maintenance like spark plugs, motor mounts, fluid flushes, etc and just wanted to see the condition of the car.

Had a local acquaintance do the work, so far so good: went with oem bearings and bolts on his recommendation (I’m sure everyone has their opinions here).

Hoping to get a good 3-4 years of weekend / light track use before I hopefully am able to move on to a 991 gen gt3

Track time coming for sure once the new bearings are broken in.

Doesn't look bad. Mine with 63k could have probably went another 60 easily

Not horrible, but still bad. Revised bearings so no copper to tell how deep those dark spots are.
