Part # 18302184201 shown in pics so for E92/3. 198 is for E90, although can be installed but tips will stick out. Preferable if running a diffuser.

It doesn't move, but likely needs to be addressed before it gets worse. You can drill 2 small relief holes, 1 at both ends of the crease and that will stop it from growing without changing the performance or sound.
