Couldn't agree more with you. The car is not for sale, the owner is keeping it in a cage for a while. Who knows why, but believe me when I say I made them a generous offer. The photos do not truly the real Santorini Blue. In person the color is a much deeper blue, darker blue, and looks very nice IMO. Funny enough, I truly doubt that they actually know this car is labeled individual SB under the hood, even though they have the build sheet, they are clueless. I'm sure we will see the car listed in a few months to a year. |

Lol I feel it’s kinda like a sad tactic like that dealer in FL that buys up all of the lime rocks and then tries selling them for 70-80k. If he truly wanted the car for himself fine, but it’s like he just wants it to make sure no one else can have it

LOL...... Not that generous compadre!!!! It is a DCT after all...... But one heck of a nice one..... But I doubt there is anybody out there today literally offering them close to my offer....Otherwise the dealer would have sold it..... I do not have 100% proof, but I have enough info to highly suspect the dealer got this car out of a very wealthy private collector, who sadly did not know the value of M cars, and most likely this dealer scooped this up for mid to high 30s.... Doesn't that just make you so happy today........ Ouch, ouch, ouch............ Ugh..................... |

I speculated the same thing: dealer bought this car like it was just a low milage m3 and had no clue what they were buying. Otherwise they'd know how to price it right away.

Pretty sure this was on consignment.
Imagine you're the owner — you have a dealer put it up for sale and all of a sudden you have 10 offers above your listing price. Why wouldn't you think twice? |

They have had this car since early December, and I've been in constant contact to the point of nausea (lol).... I think they'd tell me if it were for sale don't you? You live close by, looking forward to hearing from you as time progresses... To much effort, to much resistance, clearly this is not the car for me, anymore.... Starting to realize that LSB is more epic than SB, so GLWS to all the LSB e92 sellers out there...... I keep imagining a blue ford mustang, and then imagining an LSB e46, and I think I am leaning back towards LSB...... |

Lol healthnut at the use of "trust me" and "believe me" in posts. Is that you, Donald!?! You're an M3 fan? You strike me as more of a gold dipped Rolls Royce Phantom guy!

No, the Don is into Lambos and Ferraris, seriously. One of his resale agents from 10-15 years back is a member at BAT and has talked in detail about his experiences offering the Bad Orange Man's cars for sale.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
