heres the link from AA describing the pulley for those who asked questions. It doesnt say either 6MT or DCT, it fits both. Just for clarification it came off my DCT 2010.

they could but I wouldn't let them. they could void the engine warranty if they put it in. If a shop does it, the dealer cant see the pulley unless they pull the pan off. So everytime it goes in for warranty for other items I had no issues. But its up to you.

It should take a good shop no longer than 1.5 hrs. I am able to do it myself in under 3 hours (the tensioners are a pain since I'm not that strong but I think I found a way to make it faster and I take my time to make sure I don't screw something up).

It's a very straight forward process.
