Recommendations for suspension retailers
Hello all, along with the typical online price comparisons I wanted to also gather member recommendations of preferred vendors to source suspension components. I'm looking to piece together the below list. A one stop shop would be nice but open to multiple if needed.
Bilstein B8 Swift springs GC camber plates Rear shock mounts Right now Bimmerworld seems the most convenient and decently priced. |

I remember yours is non-edc, so you might not need the shock mount(unless you just wanted to refresh them, or go power flex).
Other things you might want to consider-- service manual called for replacing most self-lock nuts. Most people reuse, I choose to get new ones cuz they are so cheap. I also got the new bolts for rear shock, the rubber seat for front spring ( B8 does not come with that lower rubber pad for front strut. You might want to check on the condition to decide need it or not) In short, you might want to check on the parts you are going to reuse and decide if you want to refresh them altogether. I can sent you my complete list if you want it. |
