*Incomplete kit* ESS V2 Supercharger 625 kit for BMW S65 V8 motor (e90, e92, e93) Inspected at a shop and confirmed the supercharger and major components are in good working order - to try and help you out I've got a list put together of what I know is missing or damaged/in need of replacement prior to install. Kit was installed on an e92 M3 tuned to 600hp and driven conservatively, mostly highway for approx 10k miles before being pulled off the car and has been sitting in my spare bedroom for awhile now. Comes with 8 new injectors. Also can throw in my Macht Schnell underdrive pulley kit. Some of this list is descriptions straight from ESS replacement parts link, others are generic parts any shop should be able to order, not brand specific to ESS: - K&N Air Filter (included, but filthy) - Front Air Duct (I think this is cosmetic/optional, $149 from ESS) - Belt Drive Pulley x 2 ($45 each from ESS) - Air Intake Flex Tube (included, but punctured) - Drive Belt - Front Heat Exchanger (oil cooler) and bracket - 5/8 hose 30cm PCV compliant - 5/8 hose 70cm PCV compliant - 8mm hose for fuel ventilation - 6mm vacuum hose w/ T-connector - 2 PVC hoses (Hose kit on ESS is $79) - various adapters/spacers/bolts/hardware -ECU/tune (ESS sells a generic tune, I personally prefer dyno tunes tailored to the car and individual preference) ESS has stated the sc will go for 100k miles before needing to be rebuilt so she's only got 10% of her life used. Priced to account for the stuff needed to compete the kit. I'd prefer local pickup but may be willing to ship at buyers expense (it was almost $500 when I had it shipped to me). |

Unfortunately, this kit is not a 650kit as it lacks the 7rib components. Maybe at one time but that’s what separates the ESS 625 and ESS 650 kit. And it is also missing the BOV/BPV and front heat exchanger.

Are you referring to the pulley and drive belt? Cuz it does have the pulley and all you have to do is order the drive belt, and you can order the 7 rib setup for the 625 and 650 kits. ESS themselves confirmed it's a 650 kit when I requested a list of the parts needed to complete the kit.

White top injectors and a 96.5mm pulley is indeed a 625 setup. Those injectors aren't rated for a 650 tune regardless of pulley size, source me.. I have the same kit. Really doesn't matter... if someone picks this up I'd recommend getting as big as an inter cooler as one can find and get creative on fitting it or gut the plenum and run a snow kit to cool it.

The supercharger pulley you are showing is for an ESS 625 kit given it’s a 6rib and 96.5mm. A true ESS 650 kit came with a different crank pulley size (128mm) which was 7rib, a 7rib alternate pulley, and 7rib supercharger pulley. All items you are missing. ESS may say it’s a 650 kit originally but what is being sold in this ad is not, given the missing components. To address your statement about the ESS 625 kit being sold in a 6rib and 7rib option now, prior to the g1 it was only a 6rib option.
